PRO Customer Service Program adds BerkMart WordPress!
The Computer Training Program (CTP) at Ed Roberts Campus in Berkeley, CA, has an excellent program called PRO Customer Service and Administrative Training.

This class is ideal for those with no work experience or significant gaps in employment history and are seeking entry-level employment. PRO graduates are suited to a wide variety of entry-level jobs such as customer service, administrative roles, and retail sales positions such as cashier, office clerk, receptionist, and telephone & customer service representative.
BerkMart WordPress is a webpage that has been created to act as a learning tool within the PRO Customer Service and Administrative Training program. Students can utilize BerkMart WordPress online to learn how to write articles, edit, format, and post them. BerkMart also has a type of ” brick & mortar” storefront, which is located inside the classroom. This is where students are instructed in areas such as receptionist & phone etiquette, positive customer service, office machines, point of sales machines, clerical tasks, Microsoft word, and workplace problem-solving.
The addition of BerkMart WordPress to the PRO Customer Service & Administrative Training program has added a fun component to the class. It has enabled students to really develop their skills on multiple levels preparing them for future success in the workplace!
